Inadequate inspection and maintenance of a tower can significantly alter its serviceable life span and also potentially expose the tower owner to insurance liabilities. As towers are continuously exposed to the forces of nature and corrosive environments they are open to deterioration beyond acceptable design code parameters.
To preserve the integrity of the tower we offer an annual inspection and preventative maintenance service. This will ensure compliance with current design codes, health and safety legislation, warranty and insurance requirements.
For existing communication structures we perform detailed structural inspections and certification for maintenance and insurance purposes and evaluate design information for mast structural evaluation. All tower inspections and evaluations are performed by experienced Structural/Civil Engineers with all climbers fully qualified and trained to work at height.
After each inspection a detailed report is compiled covering all aspects of the tower's current condition and also highlighting any urgent/non urgent remedial work recommendations. During the inspections all our engineers carry minor maintenance items such as spare bolts, etc and undertake any minor repair work identified on site during the inspection visit to minimise costly return visits.![]()
