Review of pre-construction information and advice on health and safety issues affecting the construction phase of site works.
Provide relevant information to contractors and coordinate the flow of information between them and the Client.
Review the contractors’ method statements and risk assessments.
Compile the Construction Phase Health and Safety Plan.
On behalf of the Client, collect the information and assist in the preparation of the Health and Safety File for handover at completion of the construction work.
Undertake on-site audits and reviews as work progresses to ensure compliance with the health and safety plan.
