p2ml is a very hands on consultancy with both Directors, Pat Webster and Graeme Scott, being closely involved with the day to day delivery of all projects.  The secret of their success is simple, an excellent technical ability, astute business acumen and timely project delivery coupled with being approachable and down to earth.  This has led to the recognition of them as a formidable team.

Founded in 2006, p2ml brings together experience and skills from diverse areas such as renewable energy, telecommunications infrastructure and building structures to health & safety consultancy and construction management.  Applying our combined 60 years skills and knowledge experience to problem solving is where we excel.

Pat Webster, Director,  BEng CEng MICE

Pat has been in the engineering consultancy industry for 20 years.  With a degree in Civil Engineering and chartered status, he has been involved in a wide range of renewable energy projects.  Pat spent several years as a Project Manager within ScottishPower Technology’s successful Telecoms unit where he was responsible for the profitable delivery of various communications infrastructure projects with values up to £20m.  As a founding Director of Stappard Howes Design Ltd he developed and managed this successful  ADC (acquire, design and build) company to an annual turnover in excess of £14m and a staff of 170 throughout the 5 main offices in the UK.

Graeme Scott, Director, BSc (Hons) CEng MIStructE

Graeme’s background is in structural engineering and he currently has over 20years experience in the engineering consultancy industry.   For a number of years Graeme was Regional Design Manager for APT Marconi where he was involved with acquisitions, design and construction of infrastructure sites for the mobile phone industry.  He then went on to establish Scotia Consultants Ltd and was responsible for all aspects  of corporate governance and growth, coupled with ongoing multi-contract delivery.  Graeme joined p2ml in January 2008 and brought with him excellent analytical skills and problem solving abilities, along with drive and enthusiasm.  Since joining p2ml Graeme has concentrated on the renewable energy sector and has been responsible for its steep growth.
